Don’t Pinch Me, a remote-first creative digital agency, is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Strategist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a varied client portfolio. You will shape strategy, set up campaigns, and optimise across platforms while ensuring robust conversion tracking and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, client-facing communication, and collaboration with designers, SEO and development teams to maximise ROAS and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including lead generation, e-commerce, and funnels.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop advertising strategies independently.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Demonstrated experience with conversion tracking, attribution, campaign optimisation, and A/B testing.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and landing page performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable attending client-facing meetings and collaborating with designers, developers, and SEO specialists.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies based on client objectives, industry, audience, and budget.
• Build, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across both platforms.
• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and structures.
• Perform competitor & keyword research and market assessments to inform strategy.
• Monitor budgets, lead quality, CAC, ROAS, and other KPIs to maximise results.
• Collaborate with the performance designer, SEO, and development teams on pages and tracking.
• Prepare and deliver monthly client performance reports and insights.
• Attend monthly or bi-monthly client meetings to present results and recommendations.
