Job summary

V.Group is seeking a Senior Travel Support in Manila to align operations, systems, and staff across regions. You will bridge Admin & Operations, promoting product capabilities and delivering efficient travel support to internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities include GDS management (Amadeus), training, and creating user guides. You will collaborate with global travel offices and contribute to back-office optimization while maintaining airline compliance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a business travel consultant.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Operations Director on a day-to-day basis.
• Create & update Smart Keys.
• Build Quality Control Rules.
• Support front & mid office systems.
• Test enhancements with 3rd party developers.
• Train internal and external customers & staff on GMT products.
• Write User Guides.
• Audit and issue airline tickets per GMT rules.
• Coordinate airline rates & information.
