V.Group in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Travel Support to align cross‑functional teams, define product capabilities, train staff and customers, and support GMT travel products. You will work with GMT systems, Amadeus, and ProTas, ensuring efficient back‑office and front‑office processes across locations worldwide.

The role requires strong travel industry knowledge, excellent English communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years as a business travel consultant.
• Excellent knowledge of travel software, GDS, and airline ticketing.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to train Face to Face and via Ms Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Global Operations Director day-to-day.
• Create and update Smart Keys.
• Build Quality Control Rules.
• Test enhancements with third-party developers.
• Train internal and external customers and staff on GMT products.
• Write User Guides.
• Issue airline tickets per GMT rules.
• Coordinate airline rates and information.
• Assist clients when applicable.
