Job summary

V. Group is seeking a Senior Travel Support specialist to align global operations and optimize travel software usage. You will train staff and customers on in-house GMT products, manage front and mid-office systems, and work with developers to test enhancements while supporting airline ticketing activities.

The role requires strong English communication, time management, and a proactive, team-focused mindset within a multinational travel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business travel consultant is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to train staff and customers on GMT products.
• Proficiency with GDS systems, especially Amadeus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Operations Director on day-to-day tasks.
• Create and update Smart Keys and build Quality Control Rules.
• Support issues across front and mid-office systems.
• Collaborate with third-party developers to test enhancements.
• Train internal and external customers and staff on GMT products.
• Write user guides and perform troubleshooting and testing.
• Audit and issue airline tickets per GMT rules.
• Ensure correct fare availability and rate information across systems.
• Coordinate with clients and assist when applicable.
