Qualifications

• The candidate has 5 years of travel industry experience and corporate travel background.
• Native GDS expertise, preferably Amadeus, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle traveler information securely.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and work with suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis on travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus) to complete bookings.
• Support training as needed and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Collaborate within the team to coach and provide feedback to improve service levels.
