Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Sr. Staff Program Manager to independently lead large-scale transformation programs. You will partner with senior leaders across functions to define scope and drive outcomes, while establishing governance and execution frameworks for cross-functional initiatives.

You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations, and mentor global teams toward value realization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Management/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 13+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale programs in multinational or global organizations.
• Knowledge of program and project management methodologies and complex transformations.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS or large matrixed environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Partner with senior leaders to define scope, align priorities, and drive outcomes.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and program controls for visibility and accountability.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Director/VP-level stakeholders and provide exec-ready communications.
