Dexcom Philippines, a global leader in CGM technology, seeks a Sr. Staff Program Manager to independently lead large, cross‑functional programs from strategy to realization. You will partner with senior leaders to define scope, drive organizational change, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree or certifications in program/project management (PMP/Prince2) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning multiple business functions.
• Define program scope with senior leaders and align priorities.
• Drive governance, operating rhythms, and program controls for visibility and accountability.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
