The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruitment experience, expertise in optimizing LinkedIn Job Ads, and a track record of hiring across multiple verticals. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours and competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in sourcing and hiring for legal, operations, and tech roles.
• Ability to drive candidate engagement through optimized LinkedIn Job Ads.
