Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a CPS Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance management operations and support payroll activities. You will ensure accurate enrollments, payroll transactions, terminations, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining governance and controls.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, local teams, payroll vendors, and benefits providers to deliver service excellence and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of payroll and benefits operations experience with end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
• Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations, preferably across APAC or international regions.
• Background in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), BPO, SSO, or outsourced payroll environments is highly preferred.

• Execute, validate, and coordinate compensation, benefits, performance management, and payroll processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure process accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies, controls, and governance standards.
