Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a CPS Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance management operations, and to support payroll activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors.

You will coordinate enrollments, transactions, reconciliations, and reporting, while driving automation opportunities and process standardization to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in payroll & benefits operations, with end-to-end payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, governance, and SLAs for payroll-related activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and providers to resolve issues and deliver service excellence.
• Lead resolution of payroll discrepancies and operational risks with root-cause analysis.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and documentation maintenance.
• Monitor KPIs, manage workload, and elevate risks and dependencies.
