Job summary

ING is seeking a Senior Specialist for Performance and Rewards to manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance management operations in a multinational context from the Philippines. This role supports payroll activities, ensures compliance, and drives process improvements.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and benefits providers, handling complex issues with root-cause analysis and delivering accurate enrollments and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, benefits, and performance management operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of payroll governance, controls, and statutory compliance.
• Experience supporting international payroll operations (APAC/Europe preferred).
• Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis with reconciliation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and governance across processes and SLAs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and benefits providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead resolution of payroll issues, discrepancies, and operational risks with root-cause analysis.
• Drive standardization, automation, and improvements to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain process documentation and support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
