Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior leader to manage end-to-end payments and invoice management across markets from its Manila region. You will oversee Payments Cluster Leads, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with the cluster operating model.

The role requires 8–10 years in procurement/finance, SAP MM/FI expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement. Travel up to 5% may be needed; hybrid or on-site setup in Taguig is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–10 years in procurement or finance.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
• Learning agility and openness to change are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end invoice management and payments across markets with SLA, KPI, and compliance.
• Engage regional stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Business Units) and drive cross-cluster collaboration.
• Own standardized payment/invoice processes (SOPs, DTPs, controls) and drive KPI governance (on‑time payments, aging, e‑invoicing).
• Lead and develop a multi-layered team, manage resources across clusters, and build future-ready talent.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and digital enablement within Accounts Payable transformation.
