Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end Payments and Invoice Management across markets. You will oversee Payments Cluster Leads, ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement within the market-cluster operating model.

Lead a multi-layered team including Cluster Leads and Market SMEs, partner with Finance, Treasury, and Procurement, and push automation, AI, and digital enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years in Procurement, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• SAP ERP MM and FI experience.
• Excellent Collaboration, Communication & Influencing skills.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• People management experience (20+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Payments and Invoice Management delivery across markets.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance with Pay controls.
• Ensure tax, statutory, and audit compliance across markets.
• Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and regional leaders.
• Drive market-level engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee governance, KPI ownership, and audit readiness.
