Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Payments and Invoice Management delivery across markets.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence to Pay controls.
• Oversee audit readiness, compliance reviews, and reporting.
• Lead and develop a multi-layered team across clusters.
• Drive automation and digital enablement initiatives, incl. NextGen Payments/One Payments transformation.
• Sponsor outsourced service delivery and manage escalations.
