Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines seeks a Procurement/Finance leader to drive end-to-end payments and invoice management across markets. You will oversee cross-cluster operations, ensure service delivery excellence, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with the market-cluster operating model.

Lead a multi-layered team, manage resource allocation, and drive automation and digital enablement in accounts payable transformations. Fluent English required; travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent University degree is required.
• 8 - 10 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills
• Learning Agility & Openness to Change
• SAP ERP experience; MM and FI modules

Responsibilities

• Cross-cluster Operations & Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end Invoice Management delivery across markets and ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence.
• Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and drive market-level engagement across clusters.
• Process Ownership & Governance: Own standardized payment and invoice processes; drive governance with KPI ownership; ensure audit readiness.
• Team Leadership & Capability Development: Lead a multi-layered team; allocate resources; build future-ready talent.
• Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Drive standardization, automation, AI, and digital enablement in payments and invoicing.
• Vendor & Third-Party Oversight: Oversee BPOs/contractors; sponsor outsourced service delivery; manage escalations.
