Job summary

VISEO is seeking an experienced eCommerce Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital commerce initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.

With 7+ years in digital commerce, you will drive Agile practices, engage stakeholders across North America, and coordinate ERP/CRM/OMS integrations to deliver impactful customer experiences for global clients.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering digital commerce or large-scale digital transformation projects.
Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Fluent English to communicate with clients and project teams across North America.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of complex eCommerce projects across multiple workstreams.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Product, UX/UI, Development, QA, Integration, and Operations.
Ensure deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings, and executive reporting.
Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure sprint planning and release coordination.
Monitor performance and mitigate risks and issues.
Collaborate on integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment, and third-party systems.
Oversee testing activities, UAT, and go-live readiness.
Promote continuous improvement and best practices.
