Job summary

Grand Majesty Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a seasoned e-commerce leader to design, build, and launch our online platforms—website, webstore, marketplaces, and social channels—driving the go-live and early operations.

You will train the digital marketing team on platform operations, develop a content calendar, and partner with Sales to hit online targets while leading a handover to the in-house team once platforms are stable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing with at least one platform launch.
• Hands-on with e-commerce platforms and regional marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Experience training or leading a digital marketing team.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Merchandising.
• Healthcare/pharma or regulated consumer goods background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch online platforms (website, webstore, marketplaces, social channels).
• Own go-live and early operations of e-commerce presence.
• Orient and train digital marketing team on operations and content standards.
• Develop and manage a content calendar across channels.
• Partner with Sales and Merchandising to meet online sales targets.
• Lead handover to in-house Digital Sales and Marketing Team once platforms are stable.
