Job summary

VISEO is seeking an experienced eCommerce Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital commerce initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.

With 7+ years in digital commerce, you will drive Agile practices, engage stakeholders across North America, and coordinate ERP/CRM/OMS integrations to deliver impactful customer experiences for global clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering digital commerce or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Fluent English to communicate with clients and project teams across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex eCommerce projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Product, UX/UI, Development, QA, Integration, and Operations.
• Ensure deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
• Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings, and executive reporting.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure sprint planning and release coordination.
• Monitor performance and mitigate risks and issues.
• Collaborate on integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment, and third-party systems.
• Oversee testing activities, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices.

To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for an experienced eCommerce Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex eCommerce projects and initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Product, UX/UI, Development, QA, Integration, and Operations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure effective sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment, and third-party systems.
• Oversee testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and delivery best practices across projects and teams.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering digital commerce, eCommerce, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify Plus, SAP Commerce Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems, including integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing budgets, project forecasting, and delivery governance.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications are considered a plus.
• Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with clients and project teams across North America.
