Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Compensation Analyst in the Philippines to design and administer compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. You will analyze data, benchmark against markets, and support salary reviews, promotions, and bonus planning, partnering with HR and business leaders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with HRIS systems, and the ability to handle confidential information while contributing to Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in compensation, rewards, analytics or related HR functions.
• Experience in salary benchmarking and market survey participation is preferred.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs.
• Analyze compensation data and conduct market benchmarking for internal equity and competitiveness.
• Assist in salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus planning.
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job classifications; ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and reports for HR leadership and stakeholders.
