You will partner with the CEO to translate strategy into execution, establish governance, and foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Ten years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least five years in a senior executive role within the Philippine online gaming industry (PIGO) or a licensed online gaming operator.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into effective operational execution in partnership with the CEO.
• Integrate shared support functions into a cohesive organization.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance across the enterprise.
• Oversee budgets and resource management for efficiency.
