Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a Senior Vice President for Operations to lead and inspire the delivery of operations in the Philippines. The role entails developing and implementing regional business strategy, coordinating with local leaders, HR, finance, marketing and administration to drive growth and excellence.

We require 15+ years in senior leadership within BPO in the Philippines/APAC, onsite work and travel readiness, and a track record of operational success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in BPO, Philippines and APAC.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of Philippines operations, including service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver value.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and mitigate operational risks.
