Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Supervisor, Managed Funds Operations to lead a team delivering accurate custody processing for pooled investment vehicles. You will ensure timely settlements, strong controls, and high-quality client servicing while developing operational professionals.

You will drive process improvements, manage risk, and coordinate with partners to deliver a consistently excellent client experience across the custody lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of custody/fund operations or related financial ops experience.
• 1 year of experience leading/coordinating a team in operations.
• Knowledge of custody processes: settlement, corporate actions, income, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily custody processing activities: settlement, asset servicing, income, tax processing, reconciliations and related tasks.
• Monitor queues, allocate tasks, and balance capacity for peak periods, holidays and absences.
• Review and authorize transactions within authority limits and controls.
• Investigate exceptions and client inquiries within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate processing and escalation routines aligned to SLAs.
