Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fund services with exposure to fund accounting, financial reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of registered investment fund operations, controls and exception management.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS and Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Experience supporting regulatory filings and audit readiness for investment funds.

Responsibilities

• Execute a risk-based oversight approach across fund operations, including NAV, expenses, distributions, fee billing, and price publication.
• Review daily and periodic fund activity outputs from service providers, identify exceptions, and drive issue resolution.
• Review fund financial statements and coordinate audit support activities with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Review and oversee preparation and submission of fund regulatory filings (e.g., N-PORT, N-CEN, NPX and other applicable filings).
• Maintain oversight records and support data entry in internal systems and databases.
• Monitor legal publication and disclosure deliverables (prices, prospectuses, notices) and track completion against requirements.
• Oversee dividend and distribution processes, including controls, timelines, and reconciliation checkpoints.
• Partner with colleagues in the United States and other locations to ensure consistent oversight practices.
• Prepare governance and oversight materials for relevant committees or boards.
• Participate in vendor oversight routines and track remediation actions to closure.
• Produce metrics and management reporting highlighting risks, incidents, and progress against initiatives.
