JPMorganChase in Taguig is seeking a Supervisor, Managed Funds Operations to lead daily custody processing activities for pooled investment vehicles. You will develop and guide a team, ensure accurate processing, and uphold strong controls while delivering responsive client servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in custody, fund operations, securities services operations, or related financial operations.
• 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or coordinating work for a team in an operations setting.
• Knowledge of custody operating processes, including settlement, corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of managed fund and pooled investment vehicle structures and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated risk and control mindset, including the ability to follow procedures, identify issues, and cascade appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to handle stakeholder coordination and client-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team execution of custody processing activities, including settlement, asset servicing, income processing, tax processing, reconciliations, and related servicing tasks
• Monitor work queues, allocate tasks, and balance capacity to maintain coverage during peak volumes, absences, and holidays
• Review and authorize transactions and adjustments within approved authority limits and control procedures
• Investigate and resolve exceptions, breaks, fails, and client inquiries within agreed timelines
• Maintain accurate processing and escalation routines aligned to documented procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Identify, cascade, and help remediate operational risks, control gaps, and recurring processing issues
• Support internal audits, risk reviews, and regulatory examinations by preparing clear evidence and timely responses
• Drive disciplined reconciliation practices, including timely clearance of aged or outstanding items
• Partner with client service, relationship management, and operations stakeholders to deliver a consistent client experience
• Contribute to process improvement through standardization, automation ideas, and support for change initiatives, enhancements, or migrations

• Professional certifications in investment operations or securities-related fields
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization
• Experience monitoring service quality measures and implementing corrective actions

Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
