Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to support approximately 20-25 client engagements. You will prepare and reconcile accounting data, handle capital calls, and monitor investments and expenses within a GAAP framework.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting (or equivalent), 1-2 years of experience, and a willingness to learn private fund accounting. This role offers growth in a diverse, DEI-focused firm environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized; can manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• 1-2 years working experience.
• Preferred: investment fund auditing or accounting experience (Private Fund Associate).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting data for approximately 20-25 client engagements.
• Reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data and record entries for review.
• Handle capital call receipts.
• Investments - purchases and sales.
• Manage expenses.
• Assist with the wire initiation process.
• Download bank statements and save to client folders.
• Download FoF information from client portals and save to folders.
• Ensure fund expenses are accrued timely per GAAP.
• Gain understanding of partner allocations for each client.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Onboarding and offboarding support.
• Upload audit PBC requests.
• Complete LP audit confirmations for review.
• Maintain accurate time log and efficient work standards.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
