Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in investment operations or portfolio reconciliation.
• Knowledge of derivatives (futures, swaps, options, FX) and global equities/bonds.
• Strong English communication and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently or in distributed teams with SLA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of Trade Matching, Settlements and Post settlements, Corporate Actions.
• Reconcile portfolio holdings and cash balances between internal systems and custodians.
• Investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain high data accuracy in portfolio management systems.
• Collaborate with custodians and counterparties to support operations and reporting.
• Develop and enhance team systems and processes for efficiency improvements.
• Assist Portfolio Operations Lead in process updates and trainings.
