Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day accounting and reporting for investment funds. This role involves maintaining fund records, validating investor transactions, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

You will assist with month-end close, external audits, and regulatory reporting requirements, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience.
• Knowledge of investment products and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle fund accounting activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and portfolio support.
• Verify investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other fund transactions.
• Review fund valuations and investigate pricing or reconciliation exceptions.
• Prepare financial statements, fee calculations, partner allocations, and other fund reports.
• Assist with month-end close, external audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and service standards.
