Prospex Development in the Philippines is seeking an Associate, Fund Accountant to support multiple clients in a high-energy environment, delivering accurate trade confirmation, P&L reconciliation, and corporate action processing.

You will work with various asset classes including equities, ETFs, swaps, fixed income, futures, FX, and crypto, and serve as a primary contact for operations queries while upholding risk policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent certification in Philippines.
• CPA, equivalent accounting certification in Philippines.
• 5+ years of experience in the alternative Investment Management industry (Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Cryptocurrency) at a fund administrator or internal accounting department at an Alternative Investment fund.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment operations processes.
• Hard-working, self-starter, dedicated, punctual and personable.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Exhibit the ability to work in a high energy environment supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
• Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication with responsiveness, professionalism and tact.
• Operational Expertise: demonstrate considerable understanding of key operational functions including daily trade confirmation/settlement, P&L reconciliation and reporting.
• Interact closely with clients/prime brokers/administrators and internally across the Business, Middle Office and Operations.
• Learn and adhere to the company’s risk parameters, policies and procedures.
• Assist team members with resolution of complex issues/problems.
