Job summary

Infinit-O, a trusted B Corp and DEI-focused leader in business process optimization, is hiring for a senior fund accounting role in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end fund accounting processes for private credit funds, ensuring IFRS compliance and robust internal controls while coordinating with external fund administrators.

Qualified candidates have 8–10 years of experience in fund accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with IPEV guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of End-to-End Fund Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of private credit fund structures and fund accounting concepts, including partnership accounting, equalisations, and carried interest waterfalls.
• Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and their application to accounting of closed-ended private credit funds.
• Familiarity with IPEV guidelines and valuation principles for private credit investments.
• Strong controls mindset, with experience overseeing outsourced service providers and governance frameworks (ISAE 3402).
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly investor reports and annual audit processes, GST remissions, and FATCA/CRS reporting for funds and investment vehicles.
• Spearhead transaction deliverables in shadow accounting and review outputs against internal records for discrepancies.
• Perform balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation of investment positions and related balances.
• Support calculation, review, and oversight of management fees, carried interest, and fund-level allocations.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate NAV production and reporting.
• Liaise with administrators on ILPA-aligned practices, including capital calls, distributions, and performance analytics.
• Maintain fund liquidity forecasts and monitor cash positions, funding, and treasury activities.
• Provide support for ad hoc requests and related workstreams.
