Citco International Support Services Limited-Philippine ROHQ is seeking a capable Real Estate Fund Accounting Analyst to join our Alabang office. The role covers day-to-day accounting, ledger management, financial statement prep, and client deliverables in a hybrid setting.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA pursuing, 2+ years of real estate or private equity fund accounting experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and strong MS Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA designation in progress or pursued.
• 2+ years in real estate or private equity fund accounting.
• Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day accounting and analysis, including preparation and review.
• Maintain and control the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
• Process complex bookkeeping entries and full cycle accounting.
• Monitor client deliverables and liaise with management and clients.
• Assist in client audit procedures.
