Citco is seeking a senior fund accounting professional in the Philippines (Alabang area) to lead a Real Estate team within Fund Accounting. You will review books and records, prepare financial statements, and supervise junior staff while coordinating with onshore stakeholders.

Qualifications include a 6+ year background in financial services accounting, CPA progression, and strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge. Hybrid work involves 3 days in-office with US/EU client exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
• CPA designation or working towards CPA.
• 6+ years in accounting for financial services (Real Estate/Asset Management/Fund Administration).
• Supervisory experience with 4+ years.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP is a plus.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Review books and records and prepare sub-consolidations if required.
• Review or prepare financial statements and reports, incl. performance metrics.
• Review periodic management accounts/reporting packs.
• Review and/or calculate carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
• Supervise key processes and transactions; sign off work.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact with onshore stakeholders and coordinate team for year-end deliverables.
• Monitor staff progression and identify training needs; support Senior VP and audit timelines.
