Job summary

Anson McCade Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Financial Services Technology (SAAS) to drive requirements and solution design across banking and FS domains.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape solutions, own functional specs, and guide delivery across the full software lifecycle in a regulated environment. Strong FS experience and effective communication to business stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within banking or broader Financial Services.
• Strong experience delivering complex enterprise software or technology programmes.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical solution designs.
• Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management capability.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, ideally within Agile environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise systems, application architecture and integration concepts.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to business stakeholders.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or DB2.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops with senior FS stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Identify improvements to existing processes and automation opportunities.
• Own functional documentation and sign-off processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams across SDLC.
• Support solution design and resolve issues during delivery.
• Build relationships across senior business, technology and SMEs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and user training.
• Support testing, implementation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Stay updated on regulatory, product and technology changes.
