Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong background in financial services (payments, treasury, banking, fintech).
• Translating business needs into scalable technical solutions; SWIFT/ISO20022 knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

What it Takes

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with SaaS products, cloud-based applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong background in financial services, including payments, treasury, banking, fintech, or related industries.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Knowledge of financial messaging and payment standards such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial hubs, payment platforms, or enterprise financial systems.
• Exposure to corporate-to-bank, bank-to-bank, treasury, or payment processing solutions.
• Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial data, transaction flows, and enterprise integration solutions.
