Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A, financial reporting, sales compensation, payroll support or related finance roles.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end monthly sales compensation processes, including payroll processing and journal entries.
• Maintain employee and compensation data and support onboarding activities.
• Prepare compensation and financial reports for business leaders.
• Develop financial models, forecasting tools and reporting solutions.
• Drive automation with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Assist treasury reporting, entries, and analytics as transformation evolves.
