Job summary

Manulife Financial Philippines seeks a Financial Analyst to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and planning support for the North America Intermediary business, collaborating with senior stakeholders and finance partners. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, analyze data, support budgeting, and work with global teams to drive improvements.

A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years FP&A experience are required; advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Support management reporting activities, including sales reporting, variance analysis, commentaries, and financial bridges.
Assist with forecasting, planning, budgeting, and business performance analysis initiatives.
Collaborate with global business partners and finance teams to support reporting requirements, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
