Job summary

Manulife Financial in Manila is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and planning support for the North America Intermediary business. You will partner with senior stakeholders and finance teams to drive insights and improvements in a collaborative finance environment.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, consolidating data, supporting management reporting, and assisting with budgeting and planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Consolidate, analyze and interpret financial data to support decisions.
• Support management reporting including sales reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with forecasting, planning, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with global partners to support reporting and process improvements.
