Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Business Performance Senior Analyst in Manila to deliver accurate reporting and analytical support for sales production, manpower, and MIS reporting. The role focuses on generating insights to drive operational excellence and support decision-making across the organization.

You will develop dashboards, perform data simulations, and collaborate with multiple departments to align reporting with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and programming capabilities for reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external customers
• Ability to perform data simulations and trend analysis
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate processing and delivery of reports under SLAs
• Create, generate and implement new/enhanced reports for management
• Process simple non-system-based compensation/incentives
• Initiate process improvements and document workflows
• Support event budgets for contests/promotions and post-event requirements
• Develop visual dashboards with charts and diagrams for KPI analysis
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure integrated reporting
• Enhance current reporting processes and review alignment with strategic objectives
