Job summary

Manulife seeks a Director, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation (RAA) to lead financial risk reporting, analytics, automation, and GenAI initiatives. You will collaborate across risk, finance, and engineering to deliver dashboards and self-service analytics that support executive governance.

You will champion advanced analytics, establish data governance, and guide a team of analytics professionals through transformative modernization and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in market/ liquidity risk analytics, automation, or investment risk tech.
• Experience supporting financial risk management and reporting per IFRS/Regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Platform stack and data visualization.
• Hands-on with enterprise dashboards and data modeling.
• Experience in AI-powered solutions and low-code/pro-code automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk intelligence capabilities and executive-level dashboards.
• Lead analytics, reporting, and automation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Promote data governance, controls, and model transparency across solutions.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, risk, and engineering to modernize reporting.
• Mentor a high-performing analytics team and foster continuous learning.
