Job summary

Maya in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Officer for the Financial Services Product Team to drive initiatives from concept to execution, champion customer needs, and partner with cross‑functional teams. You will shape product strategy for merchant and consumer financial services, collaborate with business, operations, UX, and compliance, and stay ahead of fintech developments.

Candidates with 2–4 years of product management experience in digital financial startups or leading tech

Qualifications

2-4 years of product management experience in digital financial start-ups, financial services companies, or leading tech companies.
Strong understanding of banking and financial services and emerging financial technologies.
Ability to deliver products that create customer value and business viability.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert and product evangelist for Maya’s financial services products.
Execute and enhance capabilities and platforms that uniquely serve the financial needs of our merchants and consumers.
Collaborate closely with business, portfolio, operations, finance, UX designers, product managers, legal and compliance, and other cross‑functional teams as well as industry partners to design product solutions that meet business and consumer needs while reducing associated risks.
Keep abreast of the financial services industry developments; assess threats and opportunities to our business and create a plan of action to maintain a competitive edge for our consumer and business products.
