Maya is seeking a Senior Product Officer in the Philippines to lead risk, AML, and fraud feature delivery across our financial services platform. The role focuses on reducing financial crime while driving improvements through people, processes, tooling, and partnerships.

You will own product strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust documentation and analytics to guide decisions and performance. This role requires fintech experience and a strong grasp of AGILE practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years overall working experience in product roles.
• Experience launching fintech/banking solutions with customer impact.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding banking processes and working in Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Core Product Management – Own platforms and oversee risk-related program delivery.
• Delivery leadership – Prioritize features, coordinate with delivery teams and partners.
• Documentation – Maintain PRDs and service memos for capabilities.
• Risk Analysis – Identify, assess and mitigate product risks.
• Data Analytics – Leverage insights to drive product strategy and performance.
