Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Product Officer in the Philippines to drive risk, AML and fraud capabilities within our fintech platform. You will own platforms, guide product development, and collaborate with delivery teams to reduce financial crime and improve customer experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, agile practices, and close work with cross-functional partners to deliver secure, scalable banking and payments solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years overall experience; 1–2 years in product ownership/management or equivalent.
• Fintech/banking experience with a portfolio of features for digital banking.
• Proficiency with AGILE development methodologies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own platforms with risk and fraud program oversight.
• Lead product development: ideate, build, test, monitor features and roadmaps.
• Provide thought leadership on short/mid-term direction and prioritization.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and third parties for long-term success.
• Document capabilities via PRDs and service memos.
• Conduct product risk assessments and leverage data analytics for strategy.
