Maya in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Officer for the Financial Services Product Team to drive initiatives from concept to execution, champion customer needs, and partner with cross‑functional teams. You will shape product strategy for merchant and consumer financial services, collaborate with business, operations, UX, and compliance, and stay ahead of fintech developments.

Candidates with 2–4 years of product management experience in digital financial startups or leading tech

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience in digital financial start-ups, financial services companies, or leading tech companies.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services and emerging financial technologies.
• Ability to deliver products that create customer value and business viability.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the subject matter expert and product evangelist for Maya’s financial services products.
• Execute and enhance capabilities and platforms that uniquely serve the financial needs of our merchants and consumers.
• Collaborate closely with business, portfolio, operations, finance, UX designers, product managers, legal and compliance, and other cross‑functional teams as well as industry partners to design product solutions that meet business and consumer needs while reducing associated risks.
• Keep abreast of the financial services industry developments; assess threats and opportunities to our business and create a plan of action to maintain a competitive edge for our consumer and business products.

Senior Product Officer – Financial Services Product Team

As a Senior Product Officer for the Financial Services Product Team, you play a crucial role in our organization’s commitment to offer world‑class products that are laser focused on our customers’ needs, goals, and wants. You are responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution and all succeeding iterations, and you serve as an evangelist for our customers, ensuring that everyone involved in the fulfillment and management of our products prioritizes our customers first and moves the business forward.

You will build relationships with cross‑functional teams, understand their responsibilities and key metrics, and empower them to deliver innovative products to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the subject matter expert and product evangelist for Maya’s financial services products.
