Job summary

INNOVACION YLIQUIDEZ EFECTIVA is seeking a Partnerships Lead to develop and establish long-term collaborations in the Mexico market across traffic and funding sides with top local apps, platforms, banks, and funds.

You will independently negotiate terms, optimize performance, monitor metrics like CPA and ROI, and design joint lending or funding models while expanding cross-border opportunities with fintech partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in traffic acquisition, funding BD, or growth roles in fintech.
• Existing networks with top local apps, traffic platforms, or funding partners.
• Familiar with CPI, CPL, loan facilitation, joint lending, and capital procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills; self-driven.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish long-term partnerships in Mexico across traffic and funding.
• Expand traffic channels: affiliate, loan aggregators, SMS and telemarketing.
• Source funding partners and drive lending capital partnerships.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, contracts, and launches.
• Monitor data and optimize partnership performance.
• Track market trends and regulatory developments in Mexico fintech.
