Job summary

PayJoy Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to unlock revenue potential from retail and telecom partnerships. You will own senior relationships and design joint growth strategies across product, credit, and go-to-market decisions.

You will drive same-store origination growth, coordinate cross-functional execution, and build dashboards to inform executive decisions. Fluency in Spanish and English and deep knowledge of Mexico's market are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in Client Experience, Client Success, Commercial Development, Strategic client-facing PMO, or Business Development in retail/telecom/fintech.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Preference for graduates of ITAM, Ibero, Tec de Monterrey, or UNAM.
• Experience at major retail/fintech/tech/telecom networks is a plus.
• Account growth orientation with focus on lifetime value and strategic positioning.
• Data-driven commercial strategy with performance frameworks and analytics.
• Executive communication: bilingual Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner growth strategies with joint business plans and KPIs.
• Own senior-level partner relationships as PayJoy's commercial contact for key accounts.
• Drive same-store origination growth by removing gaps and coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Expand commercial footprint within existing accounts with new formats and products.
• Manage partnership performance through scorecards, trackers, and dashboards.
• Protect PayJoy's competitive position by monitoring rivals and designing retention strategies.
