Job summary

Sardine is seeking a General Manager for Mexico to own market strategy, revenue growth, and customer success. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Partnerships to position Sardine as the leading fraud prevention platform in Mexico and build strategic banking and network relationships.

This senior leader role requires deep regulatory and fraud landscape knowledge, fluency in Spanish and English, and a track record of scaling GTM in fintech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM/leadership in fintech, payments, or fraud/risk tech.
• Established network with banks, regulators, and system integrators in Mexico.
• Proven revenue growth and GTM success in new or scaling markets.
• Deep understanding of Mexico regulatory, compliance, and fraud landscape.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Define Mexico market entry and expansion priorities.
• Partner with regional leaders to tailor strategies for Mexico.
• Influence planning and help hire as the business scales.
• Own Mexico ARR and new logo targets; support opportunities and shape market strategy.
• Shape regional GTM strategy with Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, Product.
• Build playbooks for entering, scaling, and retaining customers in Mexico.
• Develop relationships with Mexican banks, payment networks, and system integrators.
• Partner with Account Management on exec reviews and expansions.
• Translate customer feedback and fraud trends into strategy.
