Job summary

Fixity Education seeks a Client Partner to lead a Tier-1 banking client in Mexico, acting as the senior executive liaison and driving strategic growth across technology services, cloud, data, AI, and security.

You will manage executive relationships, shape account plans, and partner with sales, delivery, and practice teams to secure revenue and profitable outcomes on multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in strategic account management for large clients.
• Proven track record in BFSI domain and enterprise growth.
• Experience guiding multi-service technology engagements from RFP to close.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Tier-1 banking account, shaping account strategy and priorities.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Act as trusted advisor on business challenges, tech priorities, and transformation.
• Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and opportunity pipelines.
• Drive revenue growth across applications, cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Lead large deals from identification through negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to craft proposals.
• Manage revenue, profitability, bookings, and pipeline targets.
• Participate in pricing, contracts, renewals, and SOWs; conduct executive reviews.
• Ensure successful delivery with SLAs and high customer satisfaction.
