Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to manage client AR within a strategic portfolio. The role begins onsite for 2–3 months, then transitions to one day in the office and four days from home.

You will be the primary contact between the client and Insight Finance, resolving delinquencies and coordinating with Sales. A high school diploma and two years in collections are required.

Qualifications

• Two years collections experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret general business content.
• Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of collection laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned client AR portfolio.
• Mail letters to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax, or email.
• Record payment promises and update AR status.
• Notify Sales if there are payment difficulties.
