Job summary

Insight in Pasig, NCR is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to manage client Accounts Receivable (AR) within a defined portfolio. You will contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax, or email to recover payments and maintain detailed status records.

Experience with enterprise billing and knowledge of collection laws are preferred. The role requires coordinating with Sales and finance, maintaining portfolio balances, and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years previous global collections experience is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
• Must possess the ability to effectively present information and communicate, both orally and in written form, with clients and fellow Insight teammates.
• Must possess basic knowledge of Collection laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Mail/fax system generated form letters to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax or email.
• Confer with clients by telephone to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms of sales or credit contracts.
• Keep detailed records of ongoing collection efforts.
• Receive payment information from clients and record amounts promised to be paid.
• Notify Sales Rep if difficulties contact customer or securing payment.
• Provide AR with check/wire/ACH application information.
• Update Collections Management with status reports on top delinquent accounts.
• Order service interruption/credit hold on future orders after consultation with manager.
• Sort and file correspondence.
• Process Legal, Third Party Collections and Bankruptcy paperwork as advised.
