Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to manage client accounts receivable and drive collections within a hybrid work model. You will be the main liaison between clients and Insight finance, supporting complex accounts and ensuring SLA adherence.

The role reports to the Manager Financial Services and emphasizes accuracy, communication, and problem solving. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of collections experience,

Qualifications

• Two years collections experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
• Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax, or email.
• Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients.
• Keep detailed records of collection efforts and statuses.
• Notify Sales Rep of difficulties in contacting clients or securing payment.
