Job summary

Insight in Metro Manila is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to manage client accounts receivable and act as the liaison between clients and the finance team. The role requires a strong collections background and the ability to handle larger enterprise clients.

The position offers a hybrid work model with initial on-site presence for 2–3 months, then a 1-day in the office and 4 days work from home. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of collection laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of collections experience required and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and Insight teammates.
• Must have basic knowledge of collection laws and procedures.
• Ability to develop rapport with client AP contacts and respective sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR.
• Mail/fax system generated form letters to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax, or email.
• Confer with clients to determine reasons for overdue payments and review terms.
• Keep detailed records of ongoing collection efforts.
• Receive payment information and record amounts promised.
• Notify Sales Rep if difficulties contacting clients or securing payment.
• Update Collections Management with status reports on delinquent accounts.
• Process service interruption/credit holds after manager consultation.
• Sort and file correspondence.
• Process Legal, Third-Party Collections and Bankruptcy paperwork with management approval.
• Other duties as assigned.
